PLEASE READ THROUGH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THE ADSFLIP ONLINE PROGRAM. PARTICIPATION IN THE ADSFLIP ONLINE PROGRAM INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER FOR OR PARTICIPATE IN ADSFLIP ONLINE PROGRAM.
AdsFlip provides a basic service which is being developed and improved, it is a free service as right now but we may offer paid upgrades for advanced features in the future. Our main priority is to help you get more exposure for your website content and gain more traffic by publishing your website banner across our network using our "AdsFlip Banner" that is displayed across our network of websites.
This agreement between You and AdsFlip consists of the following Terms and Conditions. A description of the Program is available at the Frequently Asked Questions, located at http://www.adsflip.com/help/.
All AdsFlip accounts and their operations may be MANUALLY REVIEWED. Approval into the network will be based on the following guidelines and criteria:
- The website content or advertising banner should not contain any of the following types of content: hate, anti-racial, terrorism, drug-related, hacking, phishing, fraud, pornographic, nudity, wares, gambling, copyright infringement, obscene or disgusting material of any kind, or anything considered illegal.
- AdsFlip reserves the right to determine if any website or submission (include all operations of account holder) is suitable for its network or not. AdsFlip hold the authority to terminate your account, refuse submitted websites, banners or any content at any time without notice.
1. ACCOUNT & REGISTRATION. If you are registering for an AdsFlip account, all information entered and submitted will be true information about yourself. If any indication of false information is noticed or suspected AdsFlip have the authority to cancel and terminate your account. AdsFlip only allows one account per user; if you create more than one account, AdsFlip will terminate all your accounts and no longer allow you to use our services. If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with your account. You must immediately notify AdsFlip of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. AdsFlip will not be liable for any actions made by You, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such actions or submissions. AdsFlip RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, BAN OR TERMINATE ANY ACCOUNTS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. You agree as long as your account exists at AdsFlip, you will receive e-mails if there are any changes to your AdsFlip.
2. ACTIVE USER REQUIREMENTS. You must maintain an "active" account status in order to continue to use the AdsFlip service. All users must display the AdsFlip Banner on at minimum one or more web pages added to their account to remain active; logging into your account with no AdsFlip Banner displayed on one or more web pages will not be classed as active. Users will not earn AdsFlip credits during the time that the banner is not being displayed. If your account is inactive for a period of 6 months AdsFlip have the authority to terminate or suspend your account.
3. RESPONSIBILITY. You are entirely responsible for the content of any website or website's added to the network, and any harm resulting from that Content. That is the case regarding the Content such of text, graphics, audio files, downloadable files or computer software (any kind of content from your website). Your website content should not contain any of the following types of content: hate, anti-racial, terrorism, drug-related, hacking, phishing, fraud, pornographic, nudity, wares, viruses, gambling, copyright infringement, obscene or disgusting material of any kind, or anything considered illegal. If any of the following are included AdsFlip hold the authority to terminate your account. AdsFlip may refuse submitted websites, banners or any content at any time without notice.
4. TERMINATION. AdsFlip.com may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website or Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your AdsFlip account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Website or Service.
5. SUBMITTED INFORMATION. Any information submitted by the user to AdsFlip will not be given or sold to third-party companies. AdsFlip respects user privacy, all information submitted to AdsFlip will be kept recorded and solely within our reach. Any information used will only be for future development of services and your AdsFlip accounts.
6. ADSFLIP BANNER SETUP. All users must not add the AdsFlip Banner to websites which include the following content: hate, anti-racial, terrorism, drug-related, hacking, phishing, fraud, pornographic, nudity, wares, gambling, copyright infringement, obscene or disgusting material of any kind, or anything considered illegal. AdsFlip will review all websites added to all accounts and have the authority to declined and remove any websites which have content that breach our agreement. These actions will be made with or without cause and with or without notice.
7. BANNERS. You are solely responsible for the content of the banner (as defined above). Any banner which includes the following content: hate, anti-racial, terrorism, drug-related, hacking, phishing, fraud, pornographic, nudity, wares, gambling, copyright infringement, obscene or disgusting material of any kind, or anything considered illegal will be declined and removed. AdsFlip will review all banners added to all accounts and have the authority to declined and remove any banners which have content that breach our agreement. These actions will be made with or without cause and with or without notice.
8. CREDIT. You exchange ads on AdsFlip network using credit. Credit are earned when your user view or click on the AdsFlip banner on your web pages. The amount of credit you earn per impression and click is calculated by a number of factors including but not limited to banner size, website category, amount of impressions, unique viewers, click rate, and placement of banner on the page. All credits spent are non-refundable. AdsFlip reserve the right to reject any refunds requested without reason.
9. ADVERTISING ON THE NETWORK. If we suspect your account to be earning improper impressions, we have the right to remove the credits from your account. We reserve the right to reject or deduct credit from your account at any time without notice. AdsFlip may remove your banner from the network while it is advertising if it breaches our terms. As a consequence, the credit you used to place an improper banner will be taken away and not refunded.
10. ABUSE. AdsFlip Banner records all users IP address for security reasons. IP address is only used for detecting invalid clicks and impressions across the AdsFlip network. At no point will AdsFlip share any personal information to third-party companies. If abuse is suspected AdsFlip will take necessary actions to prevent further abuse. This may include but not limited to suspending credit, impressions, banner ads, and accounts.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct,
indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss
of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible loss (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such
damages), resulting from or arising out of our services.
12. GUARANTEE. AdsFlip does not give you any guarantee that your website will progress using our service. Using our services are optional and you are not required to do anything you unlike to do.
ADSFLIP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT NOTICE. IT IS YOUR DUTY TO STAY UPDATED. The terms and conditions govern all use of the AdsFlip website and all content, services and products available at or through the website, including, but not limited to, the use of the AdsFlip services on your site. The Website is owned and operated by iWEBTOOL Foundation. The Website and Service is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site. By accessing or using any part of the web site or service, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
