Creating a banner to advertise? | | | Creating a banner to advertise?
You must Create an Ad to advertise on other websites on our network. This banner will be displayed and viewed by users on other websites. You can select which categories you would like your banner to be advertised in. Before you start advertising you will need to create or upload a banner to your AdsFlip account.
To create a banner, simply go to the Manage Ads section on your AdsFlip account and click on "Create an Ad" in the navigation.
There are two types of banners which you can advertise:
Text Link Banner
Image Banner
Text Link Banner
It’s very easy to create a text link banner. Simply start by entering an identity name for your ad; this name will not be displayed on your banner. It's for your own purpose, it will be easier for you to identify the progress of your banners.
Please fill in the relevant information in the required boxes.
Title: (the title of your banner)
Description: (a brief description about your website)
Display URL: (this will be a URL that will be displayed on your banner)
Landing URL: (once a user clicks on this banner, this is the URL they will be forwarded to)
A preview of the banner will be displayed below, once you are happy with your banner simply click on the “Create this Ad” button to submit your banner.
Congratulations, you have successfully created a text link banner. You may now continue to Place an Ad and start advertising. For more information on Placing an Ad Click Here.
Image Banner
To create an image banner simply start by entering an identity name for your ad, this will not be displayed on your banner. It is again for your own purpose, it will make it easier for you to identify the progress of your banner.
Please fill in the relevant information in the required boxes.
Title: (the title of your banner)
Website URL: (once a user clicks on this banner, this is the URL they will be forwarded to)
In the final box you will need to upload an image for your banner; to browse for your banner image file, click on the “Browse...” button. Our system will attempt to recognize your image size automatically. We do not allow animated images at this moment but we are working on introducing this feature in the near future, animated images will be turned to static.
A preview of your banner will be shown on the next page, to proceed click on the “Continue” button. Once you are happy with your banner, click on the “Create this Ad” button to submit your image banner.
